Returning for its third year, our Christmas Grotto is back with a brand new festive adventure: JACK FROST SAVES CHRISTMAS!
Hereford's best rated Christmas grotto experience - Join Jack Frost, the Sugar Plum Fairy, the Nutcracker and their festive friends on a magical Christmas adventure as they set out to discover the true meaning of Christmas. Packed with festive fun, live singing, dancing and plenty of Christmas magic, Jack Frost Saves Christmas is a heartwarming live show for the whole family.
After the show, continue the magic as you step inside our Christmas Grotto to meet the real, authentic Santa Claus himself, creating a truly unforgettable festive experience. Each child will receive a gift, which they can choose themselves, along with a magical Nice List coin.
Children will also get to make their very own reindeer food to sprinkle on Christmas Eve, plus receive an activity pack to keep them occupied while they wait to meet the man himself.
Experience duration up to 90 minutes. Whilst you wait there will be an opportunity to take photos with the characters from the show.

Every child will make their own reindeer food to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve.

Each child chooses a gift
During the experience you will be taken one family at a time for that all important chat with the big guy himself and all children will be able to choose a special gift.
