We are excited to announce that we will be returning to The Green Dragon Hotel – Hereford this year to provide you with Hereford's best Christmas grotto experience.
This isn’t just your average grotto - it’s a fully immersive festive adventure for the whole family to enjoy and create magical memories together.
Our LIVE SHOW for 2025 is The Grinch!
This year, the show will take place in the magical Ballroom on the ground floor of the hotel. Join us for a fun-filled 30-minute performance with the Grinch, Cindy-Lou, and Max the dog! This musical retelling of the classic tale features live singing, festive cheer, and a dash of the Grinch’s mischievous behaviour.

Our LIVE SHOW is back for 2025. Be prepared for an all singing all dancing musical spectacular as our incredible and talented characters entertain you in a BRAND NEW festive Christmas show!

HE IS BACK! Our famous Santa who we know so many of you ask specifically to see, will be joining us at our new location.
Christmas activities
Every child will make their own reindeer food to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve.
Nice List
gold coin
Naughty or Nice? - Find out if your little ones have made the naughty or nice list. Each child will receive an embossed “nice list” certified gold coin in a presentation box.
Christmas list writing
Christmas Wishes - Let your little ones write and seal their Christmas lists to hand-deliver directly to Santa.
Each child chooses a gift
During the experience you will be taken one family at a time for that all important chat with the big guy himself and all children will be able to choose a special gift.
Christmas activity pack
Festive Fun - Every child will receive a Christmas activity booklet to enjoy whilst they wait to see Santa.
